Calendar

In order to accommodate families with different needs and summer schedules, BBCH is pleased to offer two calendar options for enrolled students. The 10-Month program aligns closely to the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) school calendar  and does not include school during holiday breaks, professional days, and summer break. The 12-Month program includes care during breaks, professional days, and the summer with limited closings.

While families in our 10-month program can choose their daily schedule (half-day or school day with optional early arrival and/or extended day), 12-month students are given priority for space in extended day. Because this program tends to fill up quickly, there is limited availability for 10-month students in this program.
